We Donate Essential New Clothing to People in Need.
The idea behind WearYourKind 💚 was born from a group of friends with different stories, personalities, and paths, united by the desire to give people in need within our community the opportunity to receive new, essential clothing, and by the belief that kindness, empathy, and dignity can create a human network capable of making a real difference in people's lives. As we shared this vision, we were fortunate to meet extraordinary people who chose to believe in the project and walk alongside us, bringing their energy, their heart, and their joy into the community. 💚

The mission of WearYourKind is to provide essential clothing and basic necessities to people facing hardship, including socks, t-shirts, underwear, sweatpants, hoodies, toiletries, and, depending on the season, jackets and warmer clothing. Beyond our outreach efforts, we partner with communities and organizations through fundraisers, events, volunteering, and awareness campaigns that sustain our mission and bring new clothing and essential items to people going through difficult moments. 💚
We envision a world where kindness and generosity move naturally from one person to another, where access to essential clothing is never uncertain, and every person feels seen, respected, and valued. Our vision is to expand WearYourKind into cities across the world by creating partnerships with local organizations, shelters, outreach groups, and volunteers already working directly within their communities. By working together, we can build support systems that respond to real needs in practical and meaningful ways. We believe that something as simple as clean clothing, toiletries, or a warm jacket can change the way a person experiences their day and reconnect them to a sense of dignity and belonging. 💚
On May 2nd, 2026, we partnered with Olive Branch for a day that reminded us how powerful community can be. Volunteers and neighbors came together in Englewood, working side by side to clean streets, clear sidewalks, and care for the spaces people walk through every day. Along the way, we shared stories, laughs, and meaningful conversations with longtime residents, making the day feel personal and real.
We left Englewood a little brighter than we found it. 💚
